Ensure High Safety of Your Products during Transportation

In today’s world, when everyone is obsessed with quality of products they but, the manufacturers of the products also need to understand that only by giving the best quality products to the customers, they can ensure to build a good brand value and attain better customer satisfaction. When it comes to quality, packaging is one of the most important parts of quality of a product. If a product is not packaged properly using right packaging materials, it runs a risk of deteriorating the quality of the product itself. This is why, the manufacturers need to assess and test the quality of the products with proper testing procedures and instruments (Corrugated Testing Instruments).

When it comes to packaging materials, the most commonly used mode of packaging is corrugated boxes. The corrugated boxes are made from multiple layers of fluted sheet that gives them extra strength without increasing its weight. The corrugated boxes are used in almost every industry for packaging of different types of products including fragile one such as glassware or other ones such as food products, chemicals, and industrial products. The reason why corrugated boxes are so much preferred over other modes of packaging is that they are cost effective, stronger, and can survive the harsh conditions of the transportation and storage.

When packaged products are transported, there is a chance of dropping the box from the stack. In addition to that, sometime, boxes can be dropped because of human errors and mishandling. These accidental drops can cause the box to damage severely leading to the damage of product inside the box. This is why, the manufacturers need to make sure that the corrugated box they are using is capable of surviving the accidental drops without any damage. This way, they can ensure that their product will be safe during transportation and even when stored in stacks.

To test the capability of corrugated boxes to survive those drops, an instrument called drop tester is used. The instrument is used for dropping the test specimen from different heights and then the damage incurred by those drops is analysed to obtain the height from which the drop can be dropped without any major damage. The instrument is easy to use and is designed in accordance with the international quality standards to ensure the international applicability of the test results. With the help of drop tester, manufacturers can ensure that they are delivering the best quality products to their customers.
