How the Pacorr Flexometer Works

The Flexometer operates by clamping rectangular test specimens between two grips one fixed and one oscillating—ensuring the sample remains in a folded position. The oscillating grip moves rhythmically, causing the fold line to travel along the center of the specimen, simulating continuous flexing. Throughout the test, specimens are periodically inspected for signs of surface cracking or structural breakdown, providing valuable insight into the flexing resistance of the material.

Pacorr’s Flexometer stands out for its robust construction, precision mechanics, and ease of use, making it the preferred choice for manufacturers and laboratories demanding reliable flexing endurance assessments.
