Ensure better Safety of Products and Packaging with Peel Strength Testing

The instrument is very efficient in testing the adhesion strength of the adhesive materials when they are applied to a substrate. To test the specimen, the adhesive is placed at the test substrate and then substrate is clamped in one of the clamps of the instrument and the adhesive is placed in another clamp and once the specimen is placed properly, the clamps are moved apart that exerts pulling force on the specimen and is displayed on the digital display. Once the substrate and adhesive are separated, the force application is stopped. The value of force display on the digital display at this time is called as the peel strength of the specimen. This value ensures the applicability of the adhesive for a certain situation.
