Pacorr Bottle Top Load Tester - Computerized is developed for accurate evaluation of the compressive strength of bottles and containers. During manufacturing, storage and transportation, bottles are frequently exposed to vertical pressure caused by stacking, capping, filling and material handling. Insufficient top-load strength may result in bottle deformation, panel collapse, neck damage, leakage or complete packaging failure.

The computerized testing system applies a controlled compression force to the test specimen and records its response until a preset load, deformation limit or failure point is reached. The connected software displays the load and displacement data in real time, allowing the operator to study the complete compression behaviour of the container.

This instrument is suitable for quality-control laboratories, bottle manufacturing units, packaging development departments and production facilities where repeatable and traceable top-load testing is required. It supports manufacturers in reducing excess material usage while ensuring that the container remains strong enough for actual filling, stacking and transportation conditions.
