JIS Z 0237
JIS Z 0237 is a Japanese Industrial Standard that outlines the testing methods for evaluating the performance of adhesive tapes and adhesive sheets. This standard is widely used in industries where the adhesive quality of tapes and sheets is critical, such as packaging, electronics, automotive, and construction. The tests include measurements for peel adhesion, shear strength, holding power, and resistance to environmental conditions like temperature and humidity.
The standard provides detailed procedures for preparing test samples, conducting adhesion and strength tests, and interpreting the results to assess the performance and durability of adhesive products. By following these methods, manufacturers can ensure their adhesive tapes and sheets meet required quality and performance standards for various applications.
At Pacorr Testing Instruments Pvt Ltd, our testing equipment is designed to comply with JIS Z 0237, offering accurate and consistent measurements for peel adhesion, shear strength, and other key adhesive properties. This ensures that manufacturers can verify the reliability of their adhesive tapes and sheets, helping them meet international and industry-specific standards.
