Jar Preform Testing Instruments
Jar preforms are composed of glass fibers because they are good for deep moldings or products with intricate design characteristics. Continuous fiber patterns are also used for directional properties, adding to the material usefulness of glass fiber reinforcement. There are several different methods used for manufacturing plastic preforms. Some of the most common techniques are the directed fiber process, the plenum chamber process, and the use of a water slurry system.Injection blow molding is used to produce hollow objects in large quantities. The main applications are bottles, jars,and other containers. The Injection blow molding process produces bottles of high quality visual and dimensional quality compared to extrusion blow molding. The process is best for both narrow and wide-mouthed containers and produces them fully finished with no flash.
